Shipping Destinations

The Redox Shop currently ships to addresses in Australia and New Zealand only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout using the delivery address and total shipment weight. Available Australia Post services and prices will be displayed before payment. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders as promptly as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number supplied with your order.

Delivery and Tracking

When tracking is available, your tracking details will be emailed after dispatch. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only. Regional schedules, public holidays, severe weather and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Australia Post is used for deliveries to post office boxes and regional addresses.

New Zealand Orders

New Zealand customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by New Zealand authorities unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your name, delivery address, postcode and contact details before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will review the tracking information and assist with the carrier enquiry.

Please inspect your delivery soon after arrival and report incorrect or damaged items as quickly as possible.
